Justin Portnoy

Justin was born in Las Vegas and grew up in California and the Pacific Northwest. He started working with his father, Dana, in 1993—learning the trade from the ground up over more than three decades.

Justin knows all aspects of acrylic window installation, from initial engineering through final testing. But he is truly gifted with applying the silicone seals—the critical component that ensures installations remain watertight for decades. He says “containing water is no joke,” and Justin’s precision in this exacting work is unmatched.

Beyond his technical mastery, Justin brings a problem-solver’s mindset to every project. Whether it’s a complex zoo exhibit, a luxury pool feature, or a challenging leak repair, Justin has likely encountered—and solved—similar challenges during his more than 30 years in the field.
